Transformational Leadership Curator


Position Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic, people-centric individual to serve as our Transformational Leadership Curator. This role is focused on expanding our global membership base by building genuine relationships with high-caliber, mission-aligned leaders and inviting them into our community. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Engage Prospective Members:
Attend live and virtual events, leverage social media, and collaborate with influencers and JV partners to find mission-aligned leaders who would be a strong fit for EBC.

Relationship Cultivation:
Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with prospective members through networking, personal outreach, and follow-ups.

Sales Outreach and Follow-Through:
Make discovery and sales calls to prospective members, share the value of EBC, and invite qualified candidates to join.

Pipeline Management:
Keep a full, active pipeline of potential members. Maintain clear tracking of conversations, stages, and follow-ups.

Monthly Reporting:
Provide monthly reports on the status of your prospect pipeline, key metrics, and challenges/opportunities.

Challenge Escalation:
Proactively bring any challenges or feedback to the leadership team to ensure appropriate support and solutions can be provided.

LinkedIn Outreach and Invitations:

Use LinkedIn to identify ideal prospects, build rapport, and invite them to our deep dive sessions and member calls.

Lead Nurturing & Warm Follow-Ups:

Personally follow up with hot leads via phone and email, identify their biggest needs or "asks," and either facilitate helpful introductions to EBC members. Extend personalized invitations to ideal prospects and warm leads to join the EBC.

Qualifications:

Strong background in relationship-based sales, community building, or business development

Deep familiarity with transformational work, personal development, or thought leadership industries

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence and charisma in both 1:1 and group conversations

Comfortable with CRM tracking and regular reporting

Resourceful and proactive in solving problems and creating opportunities

Experience with LinkedIn prospecting and strategic networking

Alignment with EBC’s mission and values
