Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Strategic Partnership Manager to lead and grow our joint venture and sponsorship efforts. This role involves cultivating meaningful, mutually beneficial partnerships with 6- and 7-figure business owners, influencers, and event organizers. Key Responsibilities:
● Attend Key Industry Events & Masterminds:
Represent EBC at networking events, joint venture (JV) summits, and high-level masterminds across North America—either independently or alongside Iman and the team.
● Build & Maintain Strategic Relationships:
Cultivate authentic connections with prospective JV partners, follow up post-events, and nurture those relationships throughout the year to secure promotional commitments.
● Track & Manage JV Commitments:
Maintain an organized system for tracking JV partners, their commitment status, follow-ups, and fulfillment of agreed promotions or collaborations.
● Coordinate Promotional Calendar:
Oversee EBC’s promotional calendar to ensure our campaigns align with partner commitments and are delivered on time.
● Commission Tracking & Payments:
Collaborate with the operations team to check referrals, calculate commissions using our system, and ensure accurate and timely monthly commission payouts to JV partners.
● JV Partner Management:
Recruit, onboard, and communicate with new JV partners. Manage existing relationships with current partners to maximize engagement and results during launches and campaigns.
● Sponsorship Sales:
Promote and sell sponsorship packages for EBC events, ensuring alignment with our values and community goals.
● Event Presence & Opportunity Development:
Attend EBC events to build deeper relationships with members and partners. Actively seek and secure speaking opportunities for EBC’s speaker team at aligned industry events.
● Extend Invitations to EBC:
Invite highly aligned JV partners to join the EBC community or offer tickets to our Deep Dives and Retreats as a relationship-building gesture.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in joint venture partnerships, business development, or sponsorship sales
● Exceptional people skills and confidence in high-level networking settings
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to track details and manage follow-ups across multiple partners
● Familiarity with commission structures, affiliate systems, and promotional timelines
● Excellent written and verbal communication
● Proficiency with CRM tools and online business platforms
● Ability to travel regularly throughout North America
● Deep alignment with the values and mission of EBC
