I have a mission to improve lives simply by changing the way we think about food. Inspired by a 1999 diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis, I am an award-winning author, patented inventor, educational entrepreneur, and board-certified naturopath obsessed with the connection between what we eat and how we feel. Since 2008, I have shared research from my “Fight MS with Food” project on my healthy eating and natural lifestyle blog, “Effortless Eating”. My TEDx talk, titled: “Poisons in Our Everyday Foods,” raises awareness of the dangers in our food supply, and my breakthrough cookbook, “Glorious One-Pot Meals,” (60k copies sold) will be celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2019. I run a nationwide food sensitivities and dietary therapy clinic and speak about health, diet, and autoimmunity.
