Rodney Patterson currently serves as CEO of The Learner’s Group, a consulting firm focused on maximizing the engagement of every employee and customer served by companies and other clients. With more than 30 years of experience in the field of diversity, Rodney brought a wealth of knowledge to his position as Corporate Diversity and Talent Management Officer. Prior to joining CoBank in 2011, Mr. Patterson served a wide range of corporate clients as senior consultant for Korn Ferry and other firms. He also served as President of Hales Franciscan High School in Chicago, Illinois, and spent nearly 15 years in academia leading diversity activities before the title of Chief Diversity Officer existed. His clients include the NCAA, and others. He published the book, Trumping The Race Card in 2019
