Kathy is the founder of Intuitive Strategies & Consulting (ISC), a unique Human Resource Firm that helps service-based businesses build empowered teams to drive home results. With over 20 years as an HR Director, Kathy has been hands-on in building an organization from 64 employees to over 200. She has hired over 1000 new employees and terminated a few along the way. Today Kathy works with CEOs and their employees to ensure the best people are hired and working in the right position. The ISC team has created onboarding programs to increase commitment and implemented performance programs to encourage ongoing feedback and accountability. Most importantly, they’ve developed leaders to align their employees for exponential results creating increased customer experiences and impact.
